Re: Away ticket ballot
I am assuming I have been successful in one of the ballots I have entered as I had a £90 deduction on my card yesterday just as I completed my ballot for Chelsea. I haven't had an increase in my loyalty points though.

Also, do we get points for the Europa conference league play-off game?

*two more than Forest

It wasn't a ridiculously high threshold, it was two more than Villa. Given you could have had two more points since that went on sale, it's pretty much an identical threshold. If anything it's surprisingly low given the fuck up they made when tickets were released.

Re: Away ticket ballot
Bigot - I heard that for Villa there was a glitch in the system which allowed people with zero points to buy a ticket in the first few windows. Hence they got sold out on a ridiculously high points threshold.

The club have said those purchases will get cancelled but there is a suggestion on social media that this has not happened yet.

The club's nightmare re ticketing in general goes on.

Re: Away ticket ballot
Forest sold out to people with 22 points and Villa 24. I have 15. I think I'll be lucky to get to a single away this season.

I called the club a few weeks back, Fifth, and they said no negatives on my account and that it's totally random. Course it is.

Pub Bigot

We're clearly both still on the blacklist. I haven't been successful in any of them either.

Not once.

I've got Brighton tickets in with the Brighton fans.

Any spare tickets going for Norwich away?

Re: Away ticket ballot
So the final away fixture is sold out, and guess what? I didn't get a ticket in the ballot. That's every ballot I've entered, bar two games in which I got on points.

I've been to Brighton, so it's not a big deal, but I was pissed off about missing Norwich.

Re: Away ticket ballot
Me too PB. Again, nothing for Spurs.

Never had any success with the ballot.

Went to Zagreb, going to be able to get a ticket to Sevilla because I ordered for Vienna. Can get tickets to most of the matches out of London. Just frustrating not to be able to get tickets for London matches.

I suppose that for 22/23 season the PPs will only count from 21/22 as usually happens. At present, I think it's about 3 seasons that are still counting because of Covid? That's why I've got more points than ever before but still can't get tickets for some matches.

11 ballots, zero success.

Random, innit?

Re: Away ticket ballot
Been lucky in the ballot a few times with junior. Probably a 20pc success rate.

Man u, chelsea, spurs, southampton a couple of seasons ago.

palace this season the only one so far.

It's not the AST (they've been going for years), it's just that away games are more popular now.

Re: Away ticket ballot
PB & Fifth same here picked up tickets for Saints probably down to the allocation and it being a midweek game, but the ballot seems farcical.

Years ago as a STH you could almost guarantee a ticket for any away game, all play off semi aways, Cup games, high profile matches etc, but this scramble for tickets seems to have coincided with the introduction of the away season ticket and it's nigh on impossible to get one of those either

Me too.

Massively annoying.

Another ballot, another nothing.

10 or 11 I think now.

Re: Away ticket ballot
Liverpool tickets didn't go down to enough points for my son who's on fewer points than me and I'd been waiting to buy two together.

Like Pub Bigot I've never once got tickets in the ballot.

Is anyone else clearly blacklisted or is it just the two of us?

And why have they never bothered to address the complaint that you don't receive a notification if youre unsuccessful in the ballot?

It's 100% collection in the venue city now, which works well and eliminates cheating of the system. I reckon that will have been discussed as well, but they couldn't realistically have 3000 of us turn up ten minutes before kick off to collect tickets.

Re: Away ticket ballot
Bernie - they said that about the COVID restricted attendance matches, but not away matches as far as I recall.
